Please check your email inbox for an email that contains your temporary password. Once you receive that email, call up the Login screen enter your username, then clear the password textbox if filled with dots, then enter the temporary password from email, then click the login button. You will be taken to the Change Password screen. Enter the temporary password in the Current Password textbox, then enter the new password you want to use in the New Password and Confirm Password textboxes then click the Change Password button.

Your account is locked and you will not be able to reset or retrieve your password. An email has been sent to IT so they can unlock your account. They will notify you by email when you will be able to reset or retrieve your password.
