The CCSO's online warrants search provides information related to warrants and other processes issued by Choctaw County Courts.

You may post bail in the form of a surety bond obtained through a licensed bail bondsman; you may deposit cash in the amount of your bail; or you may surrender yourself and request that a magistrate release you on a personal bond without sureties or other security.

You may post bail or surrender to the CCSO Docket at 117 S Mulberry Ave Suite 11, Butler, AL - 36904. The CCSO Docket is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM.

If you are arrested you will be required to post bail to secure your release from custody.
